Bunkie Rotary welcomes Phillip Boone to club as a new member. Pastor Boone, as most know him by, is the Pastor of the First Baptist Church of Bunkie. Paster Boone is excited to plug into the community in an additional way, and invited all Rotary members to visit their Sunday or Wednesday Church services.
Connie Desselle was chosen as Rotarian of the Month by President Bruce Coulon. Bruce commented that he sincerely appreciated the extra efforts by Connie to attend several of the club's community events. Michelle Reynolds addressed the Rotary Club October 8th with a personal testimony about how God has opened doors for her in business and life. Michelle's powerful message included all of the positive activities that are going on in our community. Michelle is a past Rotarian and current owner of BeEncourage Resale shop on Mainstreet.
