Kentucky is reshaping the way people of all ages explore their futures.
The newly launched Futuriti.org (@Futuriti_KY) provides:
- Over 700 career pathways
- Wage data, job demand, and required credentials
- Direct links to colleges, apprenticeships, technical programs & military pathways
- Skill and interest match tools
- Financial aid and institution resources
Whether you are exploring careers, returning to school, or planning a new direction, Futuriti helps Kentuckians “Find Their Future.”
Representatives from CPE (@CPENews) and Futuriti (@Futuriti_KY) will present how this tool empowers students, families, educators, and adults in transition.
?? About the Speakers
Dr. Amanda Ellis (@apelli2) – Senior Vice President, Student Access & Success
Kentucky Council for Postsecondary Education – cpe.ky.gov – (@CPENews)
Dr. Ellis leads Kentucky’s statewide strategy to improve students’ transitions from K–12 into higher education and workforce training. At CPE, she strengthens collaboration among schools, colleges, and workforce partners to expand opportunities for Kentuckians to earn high-value credentials.
Her career includes serving as Deputy Commissioner & Chief Academic Officer at KDE, an elementary school principal, curriculum coach, and middle school science teacher. She holds degrees from Indiana University, Georgetown College, and a Doctorate in Education Leadership from the University of Kentucky.

Jessica Fletcher leads the statewide implementation and ongoing development of Futuriti, ensuring the platform supports learners of all ages—from middle school students to adults seeking new careers. She specializes in education innovation, large-scale project leadership, and user-centered design. Her work connects Kentuckians with clear pathways to education, training, and high-demand careers.
