The dictionaries for the Third Graders in Blount County are here. They will be ready to deliver as soon as we "c"affix the label with the Four Way Test and line to sign their name. We want the children to have the Test, and they enjoy knowing the dictionary is their book, not the school's. In addition, we need to sort the prepared dictionaries by school for pickup by Rotarians. Therefore, we're getting together to kick off this service project:

I have been married to my wife, Kim, for almost 36 years, and we have two sons. My career started as a deputy in the Blount County Sheriff’s Office. Dear Maryville Rotary Club,

First off I would like to apologize for not having this fully written out in a formal letter, which I had fully intended on. I am writing this to thank you for your help regarding everything. I am so happy to have a sponsor club like you all, and I hope I can still be involved when I return. I am typing this while at the airport waiting for my plane to Newark.

I enjoyed the meetings, and I'm very happy I got to show you everything I've learned through this process. I am sorry this is so short and I wish I had the inspiration to write more in this letter.

But thank you all for everything. I can't wait to share all my stories with you when I return.
