CLUB PROGRAMS

The Rotary Club of West Seattle holds its meetings at the Alki Masonic Lodge at 4736 40th Ave SW on Tuesdays from 12:00- 1:30pm.

Our meetings are open to everyone and we welcome members and non-members!

Non-members/guests are asked to pay $20 for the lunch provided.

ROTARY FIRST FRIDAY

Join Rotary members and non-members for a fun and informal social gathering the first (or second) Friday of every month.  Bring anyone and everyone you know to enjoy a casual couple of hours of fun.

WINE APPRECIATION CLUB (The Corkscrew Club)
There is a group within our Rotary Club of enthusiastic wine afficionados.  Events (wine tastings, wine educational events, wine dinners, etc.) will be announced periodically, mostly within the West Seattle area and mostly free.   (Details of the Rotary Fellowship can be found at www.rotarywine.net  Join the Rotary Fellowship to receive a Corkscrew Pin.) According to a recent Wall Street Journal article, wine plays a big part in business class customer satisfaction with airlines.  The amount the airlines spend on a bottle of airline wine varies.  The amounts 5 airlines spend on a bottle of wine:
 
Emirates: $41-20, United: $22-17, American: $19-9, British Air: $17-11, and Delta: $17-9.
