NEW LOCATION: District 6890 Membership Seminar
District 6890 Membership Chair, PDG Ed Odom, will host a "Club Growth Summit" on Saturday, August 25th, 2018. Please note the NEW LOCATION: Bartow Library, 2150 S. Broadway Ave., Bartow, FL 33830. The seminar is open to Club Presidents, Club Membership Chairs, and any other Rotarians interested in helping our Rotary clubs grow. Running from 9:00 am to noon, the program will focus on seeing our clubs differently, and leveraging new, more flexible policies to stimulate greater participation in Rotary. Through a combination of speaker presentations and facilitated discussion, topics will include: new member and new club strategies, alternative meeting formats, Rotary communication for younger generations, and business networking opportunities with Rotary Means Business (RMB).
Immediately following our summit, DGE Darren "Kip" Kipnis will host a Rotary cook-out lunch in the park next to the library, free to all program attendees.
