Welcome to New Haven Rotary

Welcome to New Haven Rotary....Weekly message

Carol Martin is Chairing our Warm Coat project again this year. Here is a letter she wrote:

"Last year, 375 New Haven children received winter coats because of your generosity. And now, I am asking you again. I wish that I could say that the need is less. Sadly, it’s not!

And I wish that you could have seen the faces of the children as they received their coats, last year. Watching them line up, trying on the coats and giggling with delight as they found one that was right for them.

  1. many of the problems that we face seem insurmountable, watching as community after community is struck with unprecedented tragedy. This is something that we can do! That’s why I volunteered to be the Chair of the New Haven Rotary Warm Coat Drive again this year. Together, we can make a difference to the children in New Haven who are cold because they don’t have a warm coat.

We will be ordering these coats November 20th. It’s only $20 to sponsor one child for a coat.

We don’t want any of our children to face this winter without a warm coat! Your generosity will make the difference."

There are several ways that you can give:
