Welcome to the Rotary Club of Greater Anderson

Rotary is a global network of 1.4 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.

Solving real problems takes real commitment and vision. For more than 110 years, Rotary's people of action have used their passion, energy, and intelligence to take action on sustainable projects. From literacy and peace to water and health, we are always working to better our world, and we stay committed to the end.

The Rotary Club of Greater Anderson was founded on June 28, 1983. Members meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month at Sullivan's Metropolitan Grill in Downtown Anderson. Interested in learning more about Rotary? Join us at one of our meetings!

Every year, the Rotary Club of Greater Anderson hosts its pet fundraiser, Dancing for Our Heroes (DFOH). DFOH is a community-wide event which provides a venue for charities to raise money at little to no cost to them. Each year, competing charities have "celebrity" dancers compete and raise money. Since its inception in 2007, DFOH has raised over $1million, which has gone directly back into the community.
