| Sarah Jane Gillet - Tulsa Police Foundation Executive Director
An attorney and nonprofit consultant, Sarah Jane was formerly a shareholder at the Hall Estill firm, where she defended class action lawsuits and developed an electronic discovery and information governance practice group. During her tenure at Hall Estill, Sarah Jane was named an Oklahoma “Super Lawyer” Top 25 Female Attorney and an Oklahoma “Super Lawyer” in the field of Business Litigation. She also received the Leadership in Law award given by the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Journal
Record. A member of Leadership Oklahoma Class XXIX, Sarah Jane has served in a board leadership capacity for many nonprofit organizations including Tulsa Ballet, Collegiate Hall Charter School, Child Abuse Network, the Junior League of Tulsa, National Charity League of Greater Tulsa and the Association of Junior Leagues International. Sarah Jane subsequently founded Gillett Consulting and now spends her time engaging nonprofit organization leaders and volunteers in capacity-building work, such as resource development, board diversification and governance, strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. She has also served as Interim Executive Director for the Tulsa Library Trust, Oklahoma Tennis Foundation and Pause4Paws. In her current role as the Executive Director of the Tulsa Police Foundation, Sarah Jane is working with the board to build on the initial success of the Foundation and continue to explore ways to further support and strengthen the Tulsa Police Department. In addition to her consulting work, Sarah Jane currently serves on the Advisory Council of the Tulsa Area United Way, Women United, the Strategic Planning Committee of Holland Hall, the board of the Tulsa Fiduciary Fund and the board of National Charity League, Greater Tulsa Chapter. Sarah Jane received a BA from Wellesley College and a JD from Boston College Law School. She and her husband Matt have two daughters, Natalie (age 18) and Sophia (age 15) and two dogs, Lila and Marshmallow. In her spare time, Sarah Jane loves to play tennis, plan trips (for her family and friends) and entertain. .png) Rotarian of the Day - Leisa Gebetsberger - She’s a native Tulsan and has lived here most of her life, except for a one year stint in Clearwater Beach, Florida years ago. She loved it and plans to move back there one day! Leisa is both a Registered Nurse and an Attorney. She practiced law for a little over 30 years, got a Masters in Health Care Administration, then worked in Health Care Administration for Saint Francis for several years. She has returned to the practice of law and is now a Trust Administrator with Argent Trust. Leisa is an avid bicyclist and loves to camp and hike. She’s been happily married to Brett for the last 29 years. |
